8% VAT shall be added to the aforementioned accommodation fees. Accommodation at the congress hotel covers 4 nights and is ALL INCLUSIVE, and the package price shall be applied for shorter stays.
Accommodation fees are prepared as a 4-night package (Check in: 09 November 2022 at 14:00, Check out: 13 November 2022 at 12:00). Please contact Invictus Tourism Congress and Organization Services for your additional accommodation requests other than the 4-night accommodation package.

Participants who do not accommodate in the official congress hotels (Granada Luxury Hotel and Papillon Ayscha Hotel) are required to pay an external participation fee of 750 TL + VAT per day apart from the congress registration fee. The external participation fee includes daily use of the facility between 09.00-18.00, coffee breaks in the scientific program and lunches.
50% of the paid accommodation fee shall be refunded for cancellations until 31 August 2022. No refunds shall be made for cancellations after this date.

You are required to fill out the registration-accommodation form at www.ucd2022.org completely and then send your registration request to [email protected] with payment details (bank receipt or credit card details).
We kindly ask you to fill out the registration-accommodation form at www.ucd2022.org completely and then send your accommodation request to Invictus Tourism Congress and Organization Services’ e-mail [email protected] or fax to 0212 234 78 68 with payment details (bank receipt or credit card details). Accommodation forms, which are filled out completely and sent through either way, shall be evaluated by Invictus Tourism Congress and Organization Services and the necessary confirmation shall be sent to the e-mail address or fax number in the filled registration form as soon as possible. Applications made only with the registration form or bank receipt shall not be confirmed and shall be waitlisted.

Your transfer change shall be valid if you notify your flight time changes in writing 48 hours in advance and receive confirmation.
